I think it's the experimental prefill removal patch that breaks playback for you. Don't worry, it'll be reverted in a next build.

As far as I know you have to modify u-boot for S8xx devices to support a separate dtb file. Or boot using  booti but then you'll be only able to boot from SD card.

The change will be rolled back, too many issues with it (not only yours).

Addons for my builds are provided by me, i.e. I compile them from official LE sources and make available. TVHeadend works fine here.

kalebroc Armbian for S912 doesn't have OpenGL support, there is nothing that can be improved here for now.

SM26 There are device trees available for devices with 3GB RAM.

1GB RAM is enough. I cannot comment on HDR for the moment, I have no equipment to implement it.

Please don't include me, I'm completely out of DVB game. I think the most important part for a developer to work on things is to have the hardware BTW.

First of all AVL6762 driver code is needed, the rest can be answered by afl1, he's the DVB driver guru here.

Addon from GitHub should always work, it is a static binary with no system dependencies.

ippon I wrote about S905, not S802. These devices use a different kernel version. There will be no difference in how audio works between 7.0 and 8.0 for S802.
