It should work by default with 720p, but Netflix with 1080p needs overclocking.
1080p netflix on rpi3b+ still not pissible with overclock.
720p is max on rpi.
For 1080p you need intel nuc

There is somewhere a reset button.

Good luck!

Hi,
I recently installed LE9 alpha and tried to play a N64 game. But Kodi did not find a suitable emulator. After some search I found a lot posts telling me that there is a problem with the OpenGL support. But all of the posts are very old and the Kodi Wiki lists the N64 as supported.
Is there a way to play N64 games with LE9?
Best Regards
I’m curious too.
I was searching for a N64 emulator on my nuc7i5bnh but it isn’t there.
N64 emulator on retropie on my rpi3b+ is working fine

Updated builds:
latest Kodi, latest LE, latest RK patches
RK3399 is now 32bit !!! that allows Netflix etc usage, pls test it
For upgrade RK3399 64Bit -> 32bit you need to create /storage/.update/.nocompat first to override the compatibility check at update.
You need also to remove all LibreELEC addons you might have installed and manuell removing the cache folder /storage/.kodi/addons/packages.
After a reboot you should be able to access all LE addons at our repo.
Thank you.
Sd channels with tvheadend is worser then previous build.
Previous build sd channels deinterlacing was working fine for the first time.
With this build it seems like the same issue like
I had before with deinterlacing on my rock64

720p netflix on s912 running leia is not possible indeed.
720p netflix on s905/D/X is fine on my devices.

Netflix/720 runs absolutely fine for me since the Raybuntu builds IIRC, at around 50% CPU usage. Which build do you use? Upload a debug log and maybe someone can help you.
Where did you get that build?
I'm using this build.

I did some tests with my ROCK64 with the netflix addon and i noticed that 720 streams are heavily stutters barely unwatchable.
So i think software decoding with rock64 isn't possible (yet)?
Is it possible to overclok rock64?
Thanks!

Rock64 Image
Thanks i think this is the best image that i tried on my rock64.
Live tv deinterlacing is working great now thanks for that!
Live tv playback picture quality is really great now.
I will do some more tests on my rock64 but live tv playback is the most important for meandthis is what i really was waiting for!
Many thanks!

where did you get sickrage ?

You are correct, the deinterlacer should be activated automatically when needed by rkmpp and as you have noticed it is not showing in Kodi video settings.
The options for deinterlacer in video settings is only applicable when EGL/GLES is used for video rendering, and not the case for direct-to-plane rendering.
That’s great thanks!
Will try this tonight!
Where i can find this testbuild?

I've just tried the build from 09-Sep-2018 on my Rock64 - and WOW! Tvheadend finally works, both for SD and HD channels Also 4K seems to work, although I have only one channel to test it with.
Many thanks for your effort.
how about deinterlacing?
Is it working?
Can you change deinterlace settings in osd?
-
you can try to deselect 24 hz

What kernel for odroid C2 in 8.90.004 alpha?

Here is a Rock64 image.
just tested this on my rock64.
Did some tests with live tv sd channels deinterlacing still not working (greyed out) no setting to set proper deinterlacing.
Disabeling hw acceleration sd channel an hd channels aren’t starting at all.
With hw accelleration enabled hd channels playing smooth.
With zapping through channels in the end it ends up with artifacts.
Thank you very much for this rock64 testbuild!
