Cheapest way would be getting an android device that is licensed, or getting some cheapish device that could do tonemapping like Banana Pi M5 with CoreELEC. LE will not do it.

Dolby Vision needs a device that is licensed for Dolby Vision, and thats not many...

No DV with UHD Graphics 600.

Everything is working here aswell.

New install on Pi5, latest nightly LE12, cant install System Tools and InputStream Adaptive and thus not Retrospect.

-
And that updated just fine.
So why no update on Pi 4?
-
Still no new eeprom-update for Pi 4.
-
Also how can I upgrade from my nightly version to a newer one without losing the configuration that I have made? Is that possible?
Download a newer nightly.img.gz and drop it in the Updatefolder, reboot and its done.

Yes, i use LE 12 Legacy on a PC with GT1030, works fine, no HDR though, so im going back to Kodi on Win 10 Pro.

I use Pi 4 (& 5) with LG Oled (65CX), i dont see that problem. Anyway most of the "enhancements" are better left turned off as they dont improve anyting.

Or just a setting in CEC.

Though I did find out that LG does not let CEC communicate through a switch so that is a problem. But that is something I will have to figure out.
I have 4 Raspberry Pi 4 & 5 connected through a switch to a LG 65CX without any problems.

On my LG 65CX one after the other the HDMI gave the "No signal", when 3 of 4 was unusable LG replaced the motherboard, since then there have been no problems.

I have been using LE12 nightlies for many months now, no problems, they are very stable.
-
I get around 110 MB/s when transfering files to my Pi 4.

Is the firmware check and update going to be enabled like for the Pi 4?
