These are the simple problems I have had with Libreelec reported here for a long time. (No solution)
1- Kernel panic when booting or restarting.
2- LibreELEC module drivers error.
3- Kernel panic on TBS5520SE (never worked)

crazycat is/was planning to bump things once 5.4 is released, not before. I'm also waiting on LE master branch to stabilise after the Py3 changes before spending time on 5.4 things (not much spare time at the moment).
Do the plans remain the same? chewitt
I mean we can expect something functional in the upcoming balbes150 builds (like updated crazycat drivers).

All new versions, after 9.0.1 don't start on my K1 plus box... I prapare sd card as before, but system don't start from sd, it start from internal image, as i understand... What i doing wrong? There is another method of image installation on SD?

To properly start the system with the desired DTB option, you now need to edit the file " uEnv.ini " (edit the file name that will be used at startup).
Just edit "uEnv.ini" for meson-gxbb-ki-plus.dtb

CvH It is working on an update, as said here by the same.
I am waiting The confirmation that has been resolved.
At first I tested the nightly version milhouse test.libreelec.tv same problem with TBS driver.
Just wait for the CvH solution

balbes150 I realized did a unification of the amlogic images, I correct if I'm wrong.
S905, X, D processors. Now use the same image. (Great job)

Look for nothing stable here, just developing images as quoted in the topic.

Is there a way to flash the box without having to use "instatointernal".
Unfortunately, I can not always bring a laptop with me, sometimes I have to flash a box without a laptop.
As far as I know there was the possibility with Libreelec 7.x.x.x times.

Always use this method in my boxes.

If 4K and HDR aren't high priorities for you then I have a nice box running on the AtomicPi, very cheap and capable little board with a nice little 4+4W digital amp onboard. Needs a bit of diy skills to get it going.
However running Windows on it would be problematic so the DRM issues might not be resolved. Unless you splash for a NUC its unlikely that any of the little miniPC's running atom or Pentium chips will address all your needs.
ShoogWindows 10 is important for netflix, DVBViewer among other friends.
The mini pc comes with case, source just need a remote control with gyro to work the same as this Android TV box.

Well, you've done it again. Bluetooth is also working now. I'm really enjoying my box now with trial boot (Mint 19, Windows 10 and LibreELEC), and everything working on every system.

I'm tired of the amlogic boxes, Android tv box. They all suffer from the same problems,: the firmware outdates quickly, updates come spotty, if ever, you’ll depend on the hacker scene to get Kodi going with all codecs and features, DRM problems with Netflix and Amazon, limited support of external hardware, missing drivers, etc.
