I know you said you chose the correct file but can you try it via the LibreELEC addon.
If you have a different skin installed revert back to the original before updating.

You don't have a Wetek device, on the first link from my post start where it says;

How to install
I strongly recommend running from SD card/USB drive! Installing to internal memory might soft-brick your box and you will have to reinstall Android firmware to make it work again.
As for the device tree(.dtb) choose the one that has the same specs of your device, just for EX: "gxbb_p200_1G_100M.dtb"
The product description page you linked to is very misleading.
Is it RF or Bluetooth?
If you install keymap editor does it give you any input when trying to map a key?
How did you try to update, via the LibreELEC addon or manually?
AFAIK there is no ETA, it could take a long time unless Kodi developers wants to include more video decoder API which will probably not happen.
Be patient
Linux is different than Windows when it comes to disk fragmentation, as long as your HDD isn't completely full don't worry about that.
After installing LibreELEC, create a bootable USB stick with Ubuntu live and run Gparted to partition the HDD.
Yes it does use your CPU because we(Nvidia Linux users) are still waiting on a refresh of VDPAU from Nvidia to have better hardware rendering of certain video formats and codecs.
Then i restarted my LibreELEC and expected to see "Estuary(Edit)" on my available skin list
however it didn't appear there
anybody ave an idea why?
Try changing the version to a higher number like (version="2.0.0")
If it doesn't work download estuary from git and make the changes in the downloaded files then install the skin from the .zip file.
Not the correct/incomplete log but you are probably trying to play a 10-bit color format video file which is not supported by your hardware "RPi".
The F10 Deluxe is still my favorite remote, once set up correctly this is the only remote you will end up needing in your stack and believe me the keyboard does come in handy if you use search functions or use Windows/Linux too.

If your goal is to have the video output to the TV with the laptop screen disabled then SSH and try this below.
echo "xrandr --output LVDS1 --off && xrandr --output HDMI1 --mode 1920x1080 --rate 60.00" >> /storage/.config/autostart.sh
If you need to go back just delete the "autostart.sh" file created.
My guess is that his patch has to be applied at the Kodi source then you would have to compile/build LibreELEC using that patched Kodi yourself.
I might be wrong
Are you talking about Keymap Editor
It will probably let you remap your power button to an action you want
Isn't there some kind of addon that let's me configure title/action pairs and then simply shows these as a menu (in full screen or as an overlay menu). I could then simply call this addon from my power button. This way I could put all the actions that I don't have buttons left for on my remote reach through the power button.
I'm sorry i'm not sure of what you're asking here, you want to be able to call an addon when pressing the power button the same addon would let you mod a menu?
Awesome. Thank you so much!
You're welcome,
Don't forget to make a backup first of your current install using the OpenELEC backup/restore function just in case.
