Is your goal to have the laptop's screen always disabled in LibreELEC and having the output set to the HDMI1?
SSH to your laptop and post the output of the following command here.

I uploaded a new one in the other thread(spectrum for aarch64), can you uninstall spectrum and try that one and report back please.
Try rebooting after installing if it doesn't work.
Thank you

EDIT: To make things easier this discussion will continue in the thread HERE.
You didn't post it in the Amlogic section it was moved there.
Can you please test the visualizations i posted in your other thread and report back if they are working or not on your Odroid U3.
Thank you
For those interested, I think it was a matter of not having enough space on /storage.
Deleting everything inside the thumbnails folder will give you more space without doing any harm.
special://profile/Thumbnails
or
/storage/.kodi/userdata/Thumbnails
after deleting the thumbnails create a backup using OpenELEC backup/restore funtion, save your backup to a USB stick then like Klojum suggested, give a fresh installation a try and finally, restore using your saved backup file if needed.
I replied to this already, your thread was moved to the Amlogic section

I don't own an Odroid so can you test if these visualizations work for you;
shadertoy
spectrum

EDIT: not working on the Odroid U3

You would get more help if you ask this in Kodi forum.
Also to make changes to Estuary in LibreELEC it will be easier if you download it's source from Git, make the changes then install the zip
The method i use to boot my box with LibreELEC is;
-Attach USB drive
-Unplug power cable
-Press and hold power button
-Replug power cable while holding power button until LibreELEC logo appears
works everytime
Maybe these are what you are looking for then;
HDMI Optical SPDIF RCA L/R to HDMI Audio Extractor Converter Adapter Splitter | eBay
3.5mm 1/8 Stereo Female Mini Jack to 2 Male RCA Plug Adapter Audio Y Cable
(HDMI in and out+audio)
Tried "alpha-preview3" on a BB2 pro(3gb DDR4) and after minimum testing;
-remote works
-WiFi works
-interface is fast with minimal graphical glitch
-only crashed when trying to reboot/power down from Kodi interface
Great work kszaq
Also the last Windows version I installed on there should have been Windows 7.
So you no longer use the Windows installed on that HDD?
Try booting Ubuntu live or anything else that has Gparted,
first delete those 2 extra partition on that drive, should be sda1 and sda2,
expand the remaining partition to take all the space or if you have less than half the HDD space taken by your media,
you should resize Windows partition, create a new partition and expand, move all your media there then delete the Windows partition and expand your newly created partition.

Also if possible make a backup of LibreELEC move the backup to a USB stick, go to BIOS make sure everything is set to "LEGACY/CSM" instead of UEFI and reinstall LibreELEC.
Can you post what is inside your "extlinux/syslinux.conf" file in /flash
Is LE installed on a HDD or a USB drive?
My SSD has 3 partitions, 2 ext4 for LE and 1 NTFS for Win, i never needed to mount anything just adding the source in file manager is enough.
Is your HDD inside your computer or is it connected through network?
@yadvb
In a single post you're saying "thank you. More details please" four times.
But you did not provide any details yourself on what you have tried.
I suggest you read this tutorial carefully then retry installing.
Did you check the audio configuration in the BIOS?

Any ideas anyone? Don't want to go back to Windows!
You don't have to, you can easily setup a minimal Ubuntu + Kodi install.
@S80_UK
Glad to see more people benefit from it and thanks for the kind words
@cch2375
It looks like we're missing some dependencies/lib to be able to run VSXu properly on LE, but i will continue checking it out.

As of now here is what i got working/fixed from the LE repo;
- projectM visualization
- Solarwinds screensaver
If anyone is having problems with another visualization or screensaver preferably from the LE repo i'd be glad to look into it.
Thank you so much for resolving this issue! Although I am not the one who submitted the issue, I had experienced it, and your fix definitely resurrected this awesome visualization! Thanks again! Is there anything that you can do for the VSXU visualization?
You're welcome, i will look into VSXU and notify you as soon as i got something.
