Flash your Original Android Firmware via OTG and USB Burning Tool. Then reflash LE via toothpick method.
or you could try TWRP on an sdcard to reflash original android firmware.
Thanks for the reply mate I've tried putting twrp on sd but it won't boot from it
how do I go about otg?
Cheers

This sounds like the exact same thing I did mate could you explain how you eventually got back into recovery? My head is battered here lol
bearing in mind I can't get into android no more either just a loop of libreelec trying an automatic repair every 120 seconds

Hi guys I'm looking for some help if possible,I installed libreelec to nand it's said something about and automatic repair was about to start in 120 seconds then after that it said the file system is broken beyond repair? Libreelec still boots from sd but I can't get into recovery,I've put a recovery image and the minimxiii dtb file on sd and tried the toothpick method but I'm stuck on the beelink logo could anyone help me out?
Bit of advice please lads did any of you invest in a hdmi 2.0 lead? If so was there any improvement on the 4K,my tv registers uhd through the supplied hdmi with my minimx and looks pretty awesome I'm just wondering if I actually need to buy a 2.0 or not?
Cheers

Works brilliantly thankyou
forgot to add i downloaded the necessary files last week in preparation for the box arrival (today) hence having the old tar file
Bingo! The LE splash is working now in 2160p.
I really appreciate your work!
I used this one mate, will try the next one when I'm home, thanks for your work on this project
Hi guys I'm using the minimx on Samsung 4K TVs and have installed libreelec latest test version on sd then went ahead with the latest 4K tar update provided, kodi boots fine in 2160p however playback reverts into a quarter of the screen, could anyone help me out? Would it be better on nand?
Call me tired... I entered wrong framebuffer parameters in platform_init. This should fix it: 2016-08-23-test6
do i unzip the tar file? or just drop downloaded file in .update?
Alternative method:Open a windows explorer window and in the address bar type
Use the box's real IP address, obviously. You'll see a list of samba shares, one of which is 'Configfiles'.
Click on that and it takes you to /storage/.config
got the remote working guys thanks
gazrob
The .config folder is to 100% in the storage folder. All files and folders with a leading dot are hidden on posix systems. If you wanna see them, you can use ie. "ls -la /storage". For more info rtfm (man ls).
ok mate thats exactly it,the ones with a dot before arent showing only
lost and found
music
pictures
screenshots
tv shows
videos
i know im missing
.cache
.config
.kodi
.ssh
.update
sorry i dont understand what you mean by to see them? is that a command of some sort to type in somewhere?
i know its me guys ive flashed loads of different roms before but never had to replace remote configs so i appreciate the patience and help
ill get there in the end lol
[hr]
The .config folder has to be there.
What folders do you actually see in /storage?
yes mate its got me baffled too lol, but its definitely not there
ive replied to dreischel regarding what is and isnt there
cheers
gaz
.config is a hidden folder, you need to activate "show hidden folder" in settings-appearance
thanks for your help however this still doesnt work,.config wont appear in storage im completely stuck
is there any chance someone who has a working a standard remote uploading a tar file/
I'm using your 7.02.2 mate
When I ssh into it there is no .config in storage? Should I create the .config folder and drop remote config in there?
I did find a config folder in etc to which I dropped the remote conf file in there however this didn't work
Hi guys I can't seem to get my remote to work am I putting it in correct place?
I'm putting in /storage/.config which it then appears at the bottom of that location near host.conf and samba.conf is this correct or is it another directory I need?
[hr]
I'm sure I'm doing something wrong lol
I've downloaded the original m8 remote zip from justme page on freak tab then extracted the zip went through etc/system/to find conf file then ssh into etc then dropped conf file in there? Is that right? A dummies walk through would be greatly appreciated
Yes, this one: LibreELEC-WeTek_Play.arm-7.0.1.img.gz
Regards.
So this will boot from sd and not install on nand? Similar to the openelec sd card process? I have pbnigma on nand and currently use openelec from sd but I'd like to give this a try too
is there a boot from sd card version available for the wetek play?
