Sundtek driver didn't changed for some time. So it must be something with latest kernel because you said it happen at 23.07. 2022.

If you restart tvh addon manualy are adapters visible?

Can you check in ssh console if you even have any dvb adapters?

ls -l /dev/dvb/adapter*

In tvh addon set some delay under Extra delay [sec] like 5.

So there is no new version of the driver.

And addon is started correctly from what I see

First try to update the driver: go to Sundtek addon and select Update driver now. After a reboot post journalctl again.

I don't own RPi device to test myself.

GUI needs a fix. I will try to find some time in the near future for this.

You can also install this addon and then with it convert proftpd. Then you restart Kodi and GUI is again ok.
