Try a Libreelec 9 test build - it may support the ALC294

Your hdmi devices only show 2 channels (FL,FR). Do you have the Kodi audio set to 2 channels ?
What is the model or part number of the HP hdmi addon module ?
Installing Windows would narrow down your problem

I tried installing the zip and it fails to install. Not really sure what the issue is but I would suggest either using Openelec or changing your files from m3u8 to m3u if possible.
-
the zip file is not an extension.
it does not have a file addon.xml.
openelec play m3u8, but I do not know how he does it.
So you don't know how to install the ZIP ?
Go to system > settings > add-ons > install from zip file > browse to zip file > click on it to install
-
On the page you linked:
Click on Clone or Download, then "Download ZIP"
Do you know how to install a zip ?
I did not install this nor do I want to. I can't help you with setup if necessary.

Try changing m3u8 to m3u and try it.
See this thread: I Just...Want...To Listen...To A Playlist p_p

Here's another thread about the same issue. I don't think it was fixed.

A gigabit switch should work.

That's great news! Thanks for the offer but I can't think of anything I need or want that would require a 3D printer. If I do, I'll contact you.
The reboot that caused your issue may have installed a Windows Update that was corrupted somehow. If you had tried uninstalling that update, it may have fixed your issue. We'll never know though.

In Kodi, go to:
Settings > Services > SMB Client > Click on Minimum protocol version and select SMBv1
This is in addition to changes made in post #93 above
-
This is not recommended but you could try enabling SMB 1.0 in Window 10. Here's how:
Control Panel / Programs / Programs and Features / Turn Windows features on or off
Scroll down and expand SMB 1.0/ CIFS File Sharing Support
Place a check in SMB 1.0 / CIFS Client
Click OK and Reboot computer

Wired or wireless network ?
Have you rebooted the router ?
You said everything was working until you rebooted the Windows 10 machine, correct ?
Did you check the "Advanced sharing settings" - both Private (current profile) and All Networks ?
You could also try this:

Can you access your Windows 10 shares with your Win 7 computer ?
Type \\192.168.0.8 after clicking the Windows 7 start button or follow my instructions in post #79 above. If you can't access your shares, then the problem is NOT your Libreelec machine.

Drivers can not be added to Libreelec. Is your USB Wi-Fi adapter detected ?

There is a Kodi setting to play next video automatically. When one video is played, the following videos play automatically and will stop at the final video.
System / Settings / Player / Videos > Play next video automatically (add mark)
I have no idea how to start this automatically when Libreelec starts

No official one, but here's a third party one in development:

google "h265 to h264"
