In an ideal world.....
I would suggest asking at Forum as a feature request.
but as an interim solution. Try
Adding LOGNOTICE=0 to service.py at line 49 (Might work) - If it does please post a reply.
or
commenting out lines (where xbmc.log is called) 62,63,166,169,172,194,202 & 213 in service.py (Should work)
Can you provide a screenshot of the error.
You'd be better off asking on the Pluto.tv Forum as the addon might need updating to run on the latest LE release.

It *should* all work "out of the box".
However, be aware, the internal BT is not the best in the world, nor does it have a large antenna. So if your RPi is encased and behind - say - a TV then the reception may be limited.
I use a cheap eBay BT dongle on an extension lead (to get the best reception) without issues on my Harmony One.
Mario77 If you have the lightning bolt then it IS a power issue - Don't hijack a thread - create a new thread with YOUR particular issue.
I've run RPi1/2/3/4 on LE with a "proper" power supply without any issue for years. If there is an issue on 9.2 then we need to know why, so please supply a full detailed log file
When you have this issue:
Have you tried passing the FULL path?
rsync --verbose ssh -l root raspi-livingroom /storage/.kodi/addons/virtual.network-tools/bin/rsync --server -vvlogDtprz --partial . /storage/music/
I've used a Logitech gamepad F710 on LE without any issues (Not used it for emulation but should work) Not too sure if £32 (Amazon) or £26 (Ebay refurbished) is "cheapish" but it is wireless, supported and good quality.
I don't use VNSI so no idea.
According to this thread - then the answer is no.
You might try NOOBS but I have no idea if it contains retropie or whether you could add it yourself.
I'm not aware of any "GRUB" type bootloader for the RPi.
Can you try the latest LE release 9.2.0 and see if you still have issues.
