mySQL RasberryPi & Generic x64

I have 3 RaspberyPi 3 running LibreELEC 7.0.3 and 1 PC running LibreELEC 7.0.3. I have been able to get the RaspberryPI's to share the mySQL db, but the PC will not. Any ideas what the issue could be?

I'm stumped

In the absence of any pastebin'd debug logs or sample configuration our best guess is "user error"

Have you enabled the [wait for network] option in libreelec settings on your PC?

Yes, and I've set it to 30 seconds.

Side note:

I run my connection through the ethernet port. But, this PC does have built in wireless.

Sure ethernet is working and activated in settings (dhcp/fixed IP)? Ethernet-cable in order?

Well, I figured it out. For some reason the Librelec for my PC didn't like mySQL having 127.0.0.1 as its bind address. It had never been a problem before with my 3 Rpi's. So, I changed mySQL bind address to it's actual IP and now it is fully functional!
