rPi3 does not play some of recordings other machines do

I have some troubles with rPi3 libreelec Kodi machine. It does not play at all some recordings made by second rPi 2 with tvHeadend on raspbian. All recordings play fine on Kodi via android tv box and phone. This is only rPi3 build problem.

Thank you! It works like a charm. Yes there is a bad frame (or at leas not keyframe) at the begining of recording. Shouldn't it be default settings?
