Best box capable of x265 HDR (10bit) and x264 (>140MBps)

    Hello,

    I am looking for a box to run LibreELEC, which should offer the following features.

    - 4k x265 HDR (10bit) <--- to be future proof

    - 4k x264 (>140MBps) <--- to watch my action camera footage

    - On/Off switch per remote

    - for storage 2 USB or 1 USB, 1 SD card <--- to have one with files and one to swap (action cam)

    - Wifi <--- would be nice for traveling. Hotel Wifi with capture portal would be really nice.

    Any advice which chipset combination (CPU/GPU) is capable of this? Or even better any recommendation for boxes?
