It's still not a debug log but there is no apparent attempt to install anything so nothing fails. I can see pvr.hts is present though, so at some point you have successfully installed the TVHeadend client from our repo.
If the repo's look blank, either force refresh them manually or add a "wait for network" startup delay of 10 seconds in LE settings.

Thanks for the help. I did a fresh install to see if that fixed the problem but no luck.
So I do think TVH is installing but it is not connecting to 127.0.01.1:9982. This is the default address I've not changed anything.
I changed to 'wait for network' on startup in EL settings if that was what you meant.
I've adjusted the time it waits for connection timeout to 30 seconds but it still fails.
I have an active network and can run other apps.
I'm still at a loss! I've uploaded a new log file below and have the debug on;

Ok - I'm just an idiot. I was installing the front end but didn't have the back end installed. Thanks for the help anyway!
