I just upgrade from OE to LE (on Raspberry), Texts of menu are mostly blank, so I have a lot of problem to configure LE or browse menus. Rare texts on screen are in French, so I suspect a translation bug, but as I can go to menu (are they are blind) to change language to english, I can test it.
So, did you know this problem, how I can fix it or how I can change the language (but don't give name of menus, I dont see them 
)

Some skins can disrupt the general skin settings. Since you haven't mentioned that (or if) you use a skin other than the default, I'm only guessing here.
You could start by renaming/deleting the current guisettings.xml file, and restart the Kodi box.
Thanks for the quick answer, I never change the skin, so, I probably have the default one
But I'll try your proposal seems to be a good beginning anyway I'll keep you inform.
If that doesn't work, the simplest/quickest way is to install a fresh setup of LibreELEC.
(Having backups of a working setup is always a plus)
