New here, I have had an RPi B+ for a while but never really used it.. tried a few months ago with OSMC but it would never mount any of my USB HDD's(Western Digital 1TB+) or work with my Wifi dongle(Linksys AE6000). If I try LibreELEC will I have any issues or will I need some sort of drivers for either? Thanks in advance!

Just give it a try, it only takes a few minutes to download the image and write it to an sd-card.

If you have: HOW TO:Provide Logfile - LibreELEC

Just booted it up with my Insignia Wireless Keyboard / Touchpad and the Linksys AE6000. The keyboard worked but nothing for Wireless Networks(I checked all of the network settings). I would just navigate to the /temp/kodi.log on the microsd and upload it here?

just navigate to the /temp/kodi.log on the microsd and upload it here? No, you just use the command that is shown on the web site and post the URL that you will get. The path you typed is wrong btw.

How do I SSH into the RPi if I have no connection? I could connect via ethernet to my PC but that defeats the purpose of Wifi. (My router is downstairs and I need this for upstairs. Also the link you gave me says pastebinit /storage/.kodi/temp/kodi.log
The path I typed was /temp/kodi.log and not the full path.

Plug it into your router with an ethernet cable.
