Is there anyway I can install Libreelec on TICTID's M9C Pro?

I am sick of the box not being able to play 10bit 1080p mkv files without major stuttering and lag issues. Also, can I use a terminal emulator to access the recovery options?

It's an S905X device so "probably" is the answer. I moved the thread to the Amlogic section of the forum.
