Where is PVR option and Video Stream InputStream options in LIBRE ELEC 8.0.0.1

When im in kodi on my raspberry pi

and hover over TV and press enter addon browser to find a pvr

to choose a pvr client it is totally blank so there is nothing, how is that?

Id didnt get a maual or pdf with my unit so i dont know about the version that comes with Open Elec

So please help me out please !

In this case i really dont know how to find PVR in order to enable it !

So my questions goes are the kodi versions that come with openelec different and if so how so.

I also notice today there is no Video StreamInput stream below My Add ons.

What gives.

I finally found it myself. Without any body in the internet being to help.

The option for PVR is not under TV in the main screen on Krypton LibreElec !

It from main screen, Add-on, then scroll down to Download.

The you will find oddly option for Download a PVR first,

then it automatically it is TV. Solved !!!

The something to Download Video PLayer Input Stream,

which is something i may need to play RMTP streams
