dont play nothing (need choose player, no standard)

Hello guys,

Firts sorry for my bad english, i will try explain my problem...

Nothing more plays normally on kodi, i use the last libreelec 8.0.1 with kryptom 17.1

When i use the button to play nothing happens, then i realize that the player is no loading..
If i use the context menu e choose "playblack from" i see the player em second line and the standard (padrao) player is missing, then nothing play...

someone have the solution?
i need to send a log file? (sorry i came here before try take the log file) or is something that you experience and can help without it?

I have my vídeos on other particion but the are in vídeo past in Storage/vídeos

I only need to ask if are some tutorial to do à fresh install (i never do that, only use updates in update past and reset to firmware update) and if my videos in that place i dont lose data...
