Scripting a reboot every night, Raspberry Pi and LE

I have an ongoing issue thats more related to a TV headend/backend, but the only remedy to the issue seems to be rebooting the Pi.

Is there a way to script rebooting the Pi every night at say, 2am after any potential recordings are complete to update the database?

How would one go about doing that?
