I'm trying to set up a HTPC with LibreElec and a HDHomeRun. The HDHomeRun is up and running on the network and accessible via our Samsung TV and the HDHomeRun add-on in Kodi. But I'd like to set up PVR without paying Silicon Dust a subscription fee ...
I have tried to add TVHeadEnd from the add-on repository, but I can only find the TVHeadEnd Power Management add on there.
So I thought I might apt-get and build it manually, but that functionality is disabled in LibreElec.
Then I had a look in the logs and noticed a bunch of ERROR messages to do with failure to access the repository:

Does that explain my inability to find TVHeadEnd? What's happening? If that's the problem, what can I do?
