HDMI: Television says "Not Supported"

Hello There,

I have a "Medion Life P12235" TV and a Raspberry Pi 3 running LibreElec 7.0.3

I have a simple HDMI cable form amazon. When I plug it in, It takes a while and then the TV says "Not Supported", what ever that means.
I have an old HDMI cable, that is broken. With that cable an image is comming, but it only leasts for a few seconds, than the image breaks, and after some time it says "Not Supported" again.
However, when I try to plug in my computer it seems to work.

I've tried switching on the TV before the Raspberry, and vice versa. Also I've tried hotplug. Nothing.

Do you have any Idea what I could do?

This is probably a refresh rate or resolution issue.

Set HDMI_SAFE=1 in config.txt which at least should display something.
See Config.txt - LibreELEC on how to edit the file.
After that modify the settings to match your TV.
