not really a problem, just a thing i was wondering about:
I've been successfully using VDR & VNSI & OScam for a while now - and as i've been playing around with different builds lately, i did some fresh installs on my "dev" box.
However after a fresh install, getting VDR to work always seems to require a manual channel scan - copying the VDR addon_data (channels.conf) over does not seem to do the trick.
So what i currently do:
- install the vdr plugin,
- manual channel scan using vdr config program addon
- stop vdr service
- overwrite the addon_data with my backup
- start vdr service
Is there a smoother way to get a vdr config to fire up?
I'm trying to automate some steps if possible.
