So I'm trying to figure out a way to setup a network on my Skoolie that uses a directional wifi antenna to pull in wifi and use that as the WAN side of a wireless router. Unfortunately my bus acts like a Faraday enclosure so wireless signals of any kind are hit or miss. I thought about buying a standalone wireless bridge and using my current Apple Airport Extreme router and then someone on 4chan suggested that I use a RP3 with two wifi dongles. In researching I found a youtube video where a guy did a setup using the LAN port and a wifi dongle, but not with two wifi dongles. The RP3 would be a good thing for my electricity consumption as well.
My question is: can LibreELEC support what I'm trying to do?
I know the ability to do what I want exists within Raspian but I want something simpler to configure since the source wifi network may be changing often as I travel. If LibreELEC cannot do this, can you think of another easy solution. I have a fairly technical background, and could certainly do it the other way... I just don't want to, especially if an easier GUI method exists.
Also, I don't currently own my Pi yet so recommendations on the best kit to buy would be helpful.
