boot up with only one cpu core, is it possible?

Hi there,

I've been giving a laptop that currently only works if you disable one of the cpu cores (quite easy to do in windows), is it possible to tell libreELEC to boot with only one cpu core?

Try adding maxcpus=1 to the kernel command line in /flash/EFI/BOOT/syslinux.cfg
