I have a gigabyte brix GB-XM14-1037 along with a flirc and a harmony 650. I have finally pretty much got things set up how i would like but flirc does not respond after wake up. I can wake it up ok, but I am not able to navigate through kodi. I am however able to adjust the volume on the TV. I have to physically remove the flirc from the usb port and reinsert to get working again. Any help is greatly appreciated.
After some more digging, looks like this might be a flirc issue, found this thread on their site.
