I have a 25 inch TV bought 10 years ago to watch TV in the Conservatory. No easy way to get aerial cable there so for many years I have connected via Wi-Fi to my TV server using LibreElec. No problem if I use an old Celeron mini PC or more recently a RPi2 but the RPi2 is getting old and sometimes does not start so just bought a RPi5. If a RPi4 or RPi5 boot while connected to this TV some very distorted unreadable text is displayed at the top of the screen nothing else happens. It looks like this TV is being forced into some mode it does not support by more recent Raspberry Pi's. Is there any setting to work around this problem? My two recent large screen TVs do not have this problem!
