How to validate downloads?

Where is the posibility to validate any download from LibreELEC? Everyone seems to be nuts for just trusting any outside wall of AI.

I want the old school methode by validating the download(s) through gpg or sha*sum. Can't get to the sources. What am' i doing wrong?

You can append ?mirrorlist to the end of any .tar/.img.gz download URL to see the sha256 hash, e.g.

The exception is nightly images which are served from our own infrastructure. You run those at your own peril anyway.

Ok. That passed barely, but still no gpg validation. I've to believe the website generatated by AI that the checksum came from a different location.

Our website has nothing to do with AI, it was hand-rolled by staff. Feel free to whinge about AI somewhere else.
