Serial recording

    ...that's what I'm dreaming of :)

    Few years ago I mentioned it on openelec, but never implemented.
    I'd like to user LibreELEC as a replacement for MediaPortal (becaus it's running on Windows). The only thing I miss is the possibility for serial recording (i.e. each day, every xxx). As long this is not available there's no chance to get permission from my wife to change :)

    Will there by the ghost of a chance to get it? By the way I'm using DVB-S and DVB-T cards which both are supported by TVHEADEND. The web interface of TVHEADEND is notan option, I'd like to use it with remote control.

    Hi Peter. Serial recording is available. You need Libreelec 7.0 with Kodi Javis (version 16.2). There is also a TVHclient app which you can use to manage recordings from your phone
