I have two Pi4Bs here. And two SDCARDS with Kodi flashed on them. One pi will open both, the other will open neither, but will eventually display the release info in the top left hand corner of the screen.
Any idea what's going on here?

Hi, maybe defective SD card reader. Try to boot from USB. Also can be the eeprom bootloader too, check this: RPI4 Recovery

Will the "bad" RPi4 boot Raspberry Pi OS if you flash that onto an SD card? That could rule out LibreELEC being the issue.
