TV headend PVR client not showing in the list of addons

I've update to Libreelec 12.2.1 with kodi 21.3 - I had PVR client for TV headend installed version (20.7). If I search for "tvheadend" among addons I can find old versions like this 20.7 but it can not be installed (complains about some compatibility issues). Otherwise in the list of addons there is only a TV headend server. Under Addons/Install from repository/Kodi Addons there is no PVR section at all, under Libreelec addons there is PVR section but no TV headend. There is no section PVR clients directly under "Install from repository" as stated at https://kodi.wiki/view/Add-on:Tvheadend_HTSP_Client

Is the TV headend PVR client available in Libreelec 12.2.1? I guess it should be as it is listed on https://kodi.tv/addons/omega/category/pvr-clients/

^ It's definitely there. I suggest you force-refresh the repo.

The PVR clients are easiest to find by going to kodi settings PVR and Live TV. The first line says PVR client addons. You find it there now as opposed to under addons.
