video stuttering on generic leagcy nightly builds till the release from 14.11.2025 on

could you help me? Till the nightly release from 14.11 on the generic leagcy builds are stuttering on my waipu plugin. I always have to go back to this release.

I am not able to figure out the problem. OpenVPN is disabled, the problem remains the same.
