My Android Tx Box board IK316Q_EMCP V4.1 not detect with PC even push hard reset button

Guyz I cannot find my Android tv box reset jumper pins for installing new firmware because when I press my board hard reset button with toothpick and then I connect my Android tv box through USB cable to my PC but it didn't detect my device. So I need jumper pins through which I detect my device and install new firmware file please help me out on this board

Are you attempting to install LibreELEC or trying to load a new Android ROM?

chewitt i am not attempting to install LibreELEC because i didn't find any file of my device and also i tried alot of firmware file mention below:

Then you are in the wrong forum. We support LibreELEC not Android. We do not collect/share Android ROMs.
