How to play SBS 3D content in anaglyph red/cyan mode on Generic (non-Legacy) PC version?

I have PCs with both, 12th generation Intel i3 and a 7th generation Intel. I recently upgraded from Legacy Generic to Generic build, since Legacy Generic PC limits me to 30hz refresh rate at 4k, but regular Generic PC gives me the full 60hz refresh rate that my TVs support. However, out of the box the non-Legacy Generic build does not allow me to set an anaglyph 3D preferred mode in System settings. It's just not available and hence my kids can't watch side-by-side 3D content in anaglyph mode on a 2D TV with $0.50 glasses any more. Is there some sort of setting that I'm missing to allow anaglyph 3D modes on Generic (non-Legacy) PC builds?
