Please enable MGLRU by default in LibreELEC with Linux 6.1+

MGLRU enablement is a net benefit, as the many available benchmarks can attest. I've personally enabled it in OpenWrt over a year ago with measurable improvements. Like OpenWrt, LibreELEC is a non-swapping system and is often run in memory-constrained devices. (Enabling MGLRU by default is just a matter of setting CONFIG_LRU_GEN=y and CONFIG_LRU_GEN_ENABLED=y in LibreELEC's kconfig.)
