Pi 4 2GB pushed to 2366Mhz/915Mhz GPU

Hi guys,

Decided to go extreme, delidded my Pi4, apllied Liquid Metal to the bare die, copper shim above and Ice Tower cooling solution with Noctua 40x20 12V UV at 5V fan, Phobya Nanogreese Extreme TIM between copper shim and the cooler.

Results :

Rock-stable Pi4 with over_voltage=10 (1.1V) at 2366Mhz for the CPU and 915Mhz for the GPU.

Max temp under 4xstress_ng+120GB bluray rip playing at the same time - 45C.

Only watching 120+ bluray rips - 31C

Idle - 27C with force_turbo=1 all the time.

Further testing…:

2385Mhz CPU, 940Mhz GPU - stable!

The copper shim between the CPU die and the heatsink:

Dual fan solution, 2x12V fans - 40x20mm Noctua for intake and 40x7mm Evercool for outtake , both undervolted at 5V, complete silent.

Max temp under full 100% stress test - 39C.

Room temperature 22C

Idle temp. of Pi 4 - 27C
