No Wiki for how to use encryption in LE. I only supply the LE image with the missing tools for encryption.
The instruction from you link for LUKS are fine. You dont need (or can) install software, that is by design for LE.
No lsblk in LE (i miss that sometimes too) try blkid or ls -la /dev/disk/by-id/
LE 11.0 added lvm2, luks (dm-crypt, veracrypt), mdraid, ext4 encryption

Hi sky42. I found df worked even better for me.
Following the above instructions went fine up until the formatting steps. I'm not sure the dd command finished or even worked and the mkfs.ext4 responded with something saying read-only. I came to the conclusion this is way over my head and decided I'll wait for the day if/when someone builds a GUI for using these encryption tools. For now I'll just settle for accessing my files on a Linux Mint Samba share located on an external HDD with full-disk encryption.
