I moved the RPi4 and gear to attach to my Panasonic to continue picture testing (separate post about this) and it turns the TV on and switches to HDMI3 but gets no further than the message showing the build in the top left corner of the TV screen. Turn the Pi off & on again and it comes up properly.
Is this expected?
