Posting in case others run into the same issue. New issue on this version. After playing about 45 minutes of video, the voice and picture would get out of sync, and it would start delaying. Stopping and restarting the video and the problem would come right back. It seemed to always happened about 45-50 minutes into the recordings. I am able to completely resolve the issue by turning off deinterlacing. Settings to Video Settings to Deinterlacing Method --set to none. Playback then works perfectly.
