Comet Lake (10100/UHD 630) 4k@60hz over Displayport (HDMI 4k@30hz)?

I've been offered an itx PC with a ASRock B560M ITX/AC Mobo and an Intel 10100 (Comet Lake/UHD 630), I know I need LE11 for HDR support, I've noticed that the HDMI is only 30hz at 4k, but the displayport is 60hz at 4k. Are there any downsides if I use the displayport out to HDMI on my TV to get 60hz? I presume I'd still get 4k/HDR/Audio etc. Ideally I'd like to avoid having to buy an 11th gen CPU with 60hz HDMI instead. I know 10th gen doesn't have AV1 support but that's not an issue for me.

You will have to use an active DP to HDMI 2.0 converter.

Thanks, do you reckon this one will work? It doesn't say active but says displayport 1.4 and hdmi 2.0 as well as 4k 60hz and kenable are generally decent in my experience.

I doubt it has an HDMI 2.0 chipset. Also, in the description it says:

"5.184 or 8.64 Gbit/s forward link channel supports high resolution displays with a single cable."

If anyone else is looking, I took a chance on this for about half the price I could find locally, works great. Stock HDMI/cheap adaptors do 4k/24hz no hdr. This does 4k/60hz and hdr, $16 + possible tax.
