Since 10.0.2 Skip do not show a head-up if you are on pause

If we are on PVR and the ads begin on tv we pause it and skip with the arrow keys until the end of the comercial tv. On 10.0.1 it worked great. In 10.0.2 the onscreen dialogs disapears and not appear again if we had paused before.
