PULSE: Default, Bluetooth Audio (PULSEAUDIO) is default after every reboot, how to change it?

Hello, I managed issue "no sound from HDMI" with this thread before , and for some time I used my zonepi with libreelc with bluetooth headphones.

But now, I have notice that after every reboot PULSE: Default, Bluetooth Audio (PULSEAUDIO) is renew as default option. Not a real deal for me, but my wife do not know how to change it after accidentally reboot. So, how I can change a default option after reboot to HDMI + analog, or HDMI?

I just toggle off bluetooth plugin in web interface and it works fine for now.
