I have a system with OpenElec 8.0.3 on it, and I want update it ...

so I download the LibreELEC USB-SD Creator

but If I try to start it on my PC... nothing happens?

As far as I know you can't update from OpenElec to LibreElec, you must made a fresh install.

Did you download the LibreElec USB-Creator from here

By the way, Step 1 is wrong, it's now (like we all know) LibreElec 10.0.1
