I have an RPi3 with LibreELEC 9.2.8. I would like to upgrade to an RPi4b with LibreELEC 10. I'm running Ambilight with Hyperion on my RPi3. Is it possible to switch without having to reset and reinstall everything again?

Hyperion doesn't support the recent "driver" for the RPi so this won't work anymore.
Otherwise you can upgrade but likely not full automatic.
Stop kodi and copy over the /storage/.kodi/ folder to the new RPi4 install and reboot - that can work.

No sign yet, the same problem exist at every platform (for LE its everything) that is not using legacy playback approaches.
