Minimum Intel&AMD CPU for 4k 60hz HDR 10bit ?

    Hello, I want to build HTPC but i dont know what cpu need for HDMI 2.0 4k (60hz) or enought 24hz) HDR 10bit x264-x265

    Cpu integrated gpu enpight or need pcie extra vga.

    10bit x265-64 maybe only software decoding.?

    The hardware video decoder in the IGP is normally enough for processing, the CPU performance is only relevant for running heavier skins etc, but a couple of cores (2C/4T) is usually fine.

    Anything >Intel Apollo/Kaby Lake should be okay for HDR, and for AMD the Vega based APU's are good too (if overkill on performance per watt).
