Hello. I deployed a Sophos Firewall recently, and I have LAN to LAN allowed, all types of services. And yet, I see the pop-up "Couldn't download information", "Unable to connect to remote server. Would you like to continue scanning?"
How do I fix this problem. I've even tried Any to LAN. Under Services, I also put in "ANY"
Is there a special port that needs to be opened?
