no root acces

Hi as title says,i can't get any root acces through winscp on my libreelec build
How is this possible to get acces?
I need to change my special settings.xml file

You probably didn't enable SSH during the configuration wizard. Try enabling it via the LibreELEC settings addon.

And don't forget that the password is: libreelec

If i remember correctly i did during install.
Checked for sure in the settings and it is on so don't know where to look from here?

try with ssh not sftp
