Ok, maybe I'm missing something out here, because it seems so straightforward according to everything I read everywhere :
- install mame addon from official repo
- right clic on rom zip file
- play with... retroplayer > mame
- boom ! game is running ! wouhou !
Well, on my installation (libreelec 9.2.6 if I remember correctly), I just get a black screen for a dozen of seconds before kodi reboots... With all the roms I tried and all mame addon versions (actually some display a "internal error" box instead of the classy black screen).
So, what could be wrong ? Mylogs are helpless like unknown configuration keys or so, but nothing that seems fatal...
