Need etherwake (analog) or some WOL

friends, hello everyone. i need etherwake analog for libreelec. I need to turn on my home PC through the magic package. here, it seems, there was already a post with this, and there they posted 2 executable files, but they are no longer available. please, help. i'm newbie and can't compile this myself
