oscam: error while loading shared libraries: libpcsclite.so.1 on RPi2.arm

I have this message when I try to use oscam from other source with extra patch. Exist any possibility to add this library to the image?

Update 3: better was to use this path:

/storage/.kodi/addons/service.softcam.oscam/lib no problems with variable, etc.

Not public patches are a pain in the butt and won't get merged at LE. No idea why they dont push their changes to oscam directly.
